According to officials, FORESEE 512Mb SPI NAND Flash is completely independently developed by Jiang Bolong, which can reduce the cost of the whole system, has been fully mass produced, and has been widely used in smart wear, Internet of things modules, security monitoring, network communications and other fields.

According to the different storage capacity requirements of the system, customers generally choose SPI NOR Flash in 128Mb and below. If they need more capacity, they will face the problem of choosing between high-cost 256Mb / 512Mb SPI NOR Flash or 1Gb SPI NAND Flash. FORESEE 512Mb SPI NAND provides a more appropriate option for applications that do not need 1Gb capacity.

FORESEE 512Mb SPI NAND Flash is very suitable to replace 256Mb NOR Flash, which brings customers the advantage of doubling storage capacity, but the price is much lower than 256Mb NOR Flash, helping customers to significantly reduce costs.

With the increasing demand of customers for product miniaturization, in addition to the SPI NAND Flash standard 8mm*6mm package, the 512Mb NAND Flash specially provides a smaller 6mm*5mm package, which is nearly 37% smaller than the traditional SPI NAND Flash 8mm*6mm, thus saving PCB board space and helping customers to further reduce system costs. The product form factor and pin definition are fully compatible with 256Mb NOR Flash, making it easy for customers to upgrade from NOR Flash to NAND Flash.

At present, the product has been successfully applied to smartwatches, wearable devices, communication CPE, communication modules, security monitoring, smart home, smart door locks and other fields.

This product has been tested by Jiangpolong R & D and testing team with more than 50 items, with a total of 80 sub-items, and meets the wide temperature requirements of-40 ℃-85 ℃.

Up to now, Jiang Bolong has the mass production capacity of SLC NAND Flash products of many specifications, including 512Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb capacity and so on.
