According to South Korean media reports, Samsung has revised a total of 34 million smartphones in October and November, which is not only significantly lower than the same period in 2021, but even worse than the previous quarter, which shows that the sluggish season of the global Android camp in 2022 is a foregone conclusion.

Also because Samsung continues to revise its mobile phone production and parts orders in the fourth quarter, South Korean media estimate that Samsung may ship only 260 million smartphones in 2022, 13.3% lower than the estimated 300 million units after revision in the middle of the year. It is also lower than about 270 million units shipped in 2021, barely higher than in 2020.

As there is no hope of a rebound in global Android demand by the end of 2022, Samsung's mobile phone supply chain, such as MediaTek, Aegis, Lianyon, Ruiding and other suppliers, is expected to be affected more or less.
