According to a notice issued by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, about 10, 000 motherboards need to be recalled, and the serial numbers of these problematic motherboards begin with MA, MB and MC. If the user keeps the box of the motherboard, the serial number can be found on the label next to the 24-pin ATX power connector.

At present, Asustek has not yet launched to recall the web page of the motherboard, so users may need to deal with the problem through customer service.

At the same time, Asustek judged that there was a problem with a production line of the motherboard, while the ROG Maximus Z690 Hero motherboards sold in China were not affected.
