According to the latest report released by the Federation of passengers, it is estimated that in August, retail sales of narrow passenger cars in China are expected to be 1.88 million, and new energy is expected to be 520000.

The Federation pointed out that the epidemic situation across the country was under control in August, and industrial enterprises "transferred electricity to the people" and took turns to stop production under continuous high temperatures, affecting the production of spare parts and vehicles, and the current industry inventory can basically guarantee terminal supply. The driving force of the purchase tax policy is steady and upward, and the number of local incentive policies is much higher than that of the same period in the past two years, which has a significant positive impact on consumers' car purchase decisions and supports the continuous repair of the car market.

A survey of retail targets in August shows that manufacturers, which account for about 80 percent of the overall market, have reached double-digit year-on-year growth. Retail sales of narrow passenger cars in August are expected to be 1.88 million, up 29.6 percent from the same period last year and 3.4 percent from the previous year. Retail sales of new energy are expected to be 520000, up 108.3 percent from the same period last year, 7.0 percent from the previous month, and 27.7 percent from the previous year.

CTOnews.com has reported that retail sales in the passenger car market reached 1.818 million in July, up 20.4 per cent from a year earlier, and wholesale sales of new energy passenger vehicles reached 564000, up 123.7 per cent from a year earlier, down 1.1 per cent from a month earlier.

From January to July, 3.03 million new energy passenger vehicles were wholesale, an increase of 123.0% over the same period last year. Retail sales of new energy passenger cars reached 486000 in July, an increase of 117.3% over the same period last year, while the month-on-month decline of 8.5% formed a "W-shaped" trend from January to July. From January to July, there were 2.733 million domestic retail sales of new energy passenger vehicles, an increase of 121.5% over the same period last year.
