Beijing Xiaogu Intelligent Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. is indirectly wholly owned by Shanghai bumblebee Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. The company has a foreign investment enterprise, Tianjin Orange Power Zhongying Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.

In February this year, Beijing Orange Electric Travel Technology Co., Ltd. was listed as the person subject to execution by the Beijing Chaoyang District people's Court, with an execution target of 13.8596 million yuan. The case number is (2022) Beijing 0105 holding No. 7824, and the filing date is February 22, 2022.
