Chen Jian, a writer who sued Zhi.com, said that after Zhao Dexin, a retired professor at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, sued Zhi.com for unauthorized inclusion of his papers in December 2021, he also tried to search his name on Zhi.com. As a result, he found his novel Wuling Emperor Century. Therefore, he decided to sue Zhi.com for collecting his works without the author's consent, suspected of infringing upon the original author's right to disseminate information on the network.

In this regard, Zhi.com said that by signing a contract with the magazine, it has obtained the copyright license for the magazine and its articles published by the magazine. At the same time, Zhi.com said that it was found in lawsuits in recent years that some magazines did not obtain the author's authorization in accordance with the requirements of Zhi.com. Therefore, the knowledge net is checking rectification and reform. For unauthorized articles, ZhiNet is willing to bear the corresponding legal liability.

In addition, Zhi.com said that it is currently actively communicating with the author's attorney, hoping to obtain the author's understanding. And Zhi.com stressed that the subjective intention of using the work without permission will also face the problems existing in the licensing.

CTOnews.com learned that the Internet Information Office issued a notice on the afternoon of June 24 that it had a large number of important data and sensitive information and would launch a network security review on it.

In addition, in June this year, Beijing Century Super Star Information Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Learning Tong) announced the judgment of the first instance of suing Zhi.com. The court found that there was an act of infringing upon the right to disseminate information about Learning Tong's works. Zhi.com was awarded a compensation of 120000 yuan.
