CTOnews.com, August 11, earlier today, analyst Guo Mingyi claimed that Apple's iPhone 14 Pro model will be more expensive than the iPhone 13 Pro model. Mr Guo did not disclose the exact price, but said the average price of all four iPhone 14 models would rise by about 15 per cent overall.

While higher prices will disappoint customers, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max may provide more storage space to reflect pricing. Previously, TrendForce predicted that the storage space of the iPhone 14 Pro model would start with 256GB, while the iPhone 13 Pro model would start with 128GB. However, it is still in a pending state.

Other rumored upgrades to the iPhone 14 Pro model include a faster A16 chip, a new "pill + punch screen" to replace bangs, and an upgraded 4800-megapixel rear camera lens that supports 8K video recording. It also supports autofocus of the front camera, faster 6GB memory and AOD message screen display, showing locked screen time, date, widget and the percentage of newly added status bar batteries.

In the United States, the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max start at $999 and $1099, respectively, with 128GB storage. If the price increases by about 10%, the starting price of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max may be $1099 and $1199, respectively, which will be the same as the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max for 256GB storage space. However, the exact extent of the price increase remains to be seen.

Apple is expected to release the iPhone 14 series in September. It is not clear whether the iPhone 14 standard version will also increase in price, as they still have A15 chips and lack some major upgrades to the Pro model. It is reported that the price of the 6. 1-inch iPhone 14 will continue to remain at $799.
