The fully intelligent mode in the watch, based on the Android system, evokes the full performance of the watch. In this mode, watch eSIM card calls and 85 + App are supported. The battery life can last up to five days, which is a new breakthrough for a full smartwatch.

On the health front, OPPO Watch 3 Pro introduces the OPPO Sense ®️Cardio cardiovascular assessment system to help users identify the risk of atherosclerosis.

In terms of routine health monitoring, OPPO Watch 3 Pro supports 24-hour round-the-clock heart rate monitoring and 24-hour irregular rhythm monitoring, which can warn the heart rate in time. Sleep test and blood oxygen test are also supported. However, it should be noted that this sleep monitoring through the OPPO Sense ®Sleep sleep health technology system, brought a better experience to provide multi-dimensional sleep quality testing; snoring risk assessment 2.0, added sleep respiration rate parameters, intuitive feedback on sleep breathing status; and new sleep weekly trend analysis to provide trend analysis of sleep duration, sleep regularity, sleep score and snoring related data.
