For the whole of July, BYD's car sales reached 158957, up 247.2% from a year earlier, accounting for 32.7% of the total.

In addition, SAIC GM Wuling ranked second with 40383 vehicles, of which 37128 were Hongguang MINI; Geely, which ranked third with 30769.

CTOnews.com learned that the 4th to 15th places of new energy manufacturers' sales in July 2022 are: Guangzhou Automobile Eian, Chery Automobile, Changan Automobile, Naha Automobile, SAIC Volkswagen, Zero running Automobile, Xiaopeng Automobile, ideal Automobile, Great Wall Automobile, Lulai Automobile, FAW-Volkswagen, Tesla China.

The cumulative sales list in the first seven months of this year is still the top three of BYD, SAIC GM Wuling and Tesla.

In terms of subdivision, several models that we are more concerned about have achieved good results, such as 37128 of Hongguang MINI, 37784 of BYD Song, 33933 of BYD Qin, 25270 of BYD Han, 20493 of BYD dolphins, 6128 of M5 and 7640 of Tesla ModelY.

According to the latest retail sales statistics of the Federation of passengers, sales in the domestic narrow passenger car market reached 1.818 million in July, up 20.4 per cent from a year earlier, down 6.5 per cent from January to July, down 3.5 per cent from a year earlier.

Among them, new energy narrow passenger car sales in July were 486000, up 117.3% from the same period last year, down 8.5% from the previous month; cumulative sales were 2.733 million, up 121.5% from the same period last year.

CTOnews.com learned that TOP15 companies sold a total of 1.635 million vehicles wholesale this month, with a market concentration of 76.6%, an increase of 1.9% over the previous month. TOP15 auto companies totaled retail sales of 1.396 million vehicles this month, with a market concentration of 76.8%, an increase of 2.1% over the previous month. BYD, FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC-Volkswagen, Changan and Geely sold more than 100000 vehicles this month, of which BYD sold 159000 cars.
