CTOnews.com August 10 news, TSMC official website August 10 released July 2022 revenue report. TSMC's consolidated revenue in July was about NT $186.763 billion (about RMB 42.022 billion), up 6.2% month-on-month and another record high, up 49.9% year-on-year. From January to July this year, revenue was about NT $1.21 trillion (about RMB 272.25 billion), up 41.1% year-on-year.

TSMC estimates consolidated revenue of $19.8 billion to $20.6 billion for the third quarter; gross margin of 57.5% to 59.5% assuming an exchange rate of NT$29.7 to the dollar; and operating margin of 47% to 49%.

CTOnews.com learned that TSMC's share price was weak today, falling below the NT $500 barrier in early trading and falling to NT $499.5, down NT $10.5. Its market value shrank NT $272.2 billion, falling to NT $13 trillion and falling to NT $12.95 trillion (about RMB 2.91 trillion), affecting the market by about 87 points.
