It is said that the GPU frequency of RTX 40 graphics card using TSMC 5nm process is much higher than that of RTX 30 series using Samsung 8nm process. The basic frequency of RTX 4070 is 2310MHz and the boost frequency can reach 2610MHz, and the highest frequency is higher than 2800MHz.

For comparison, Nvidia's current RTX 3070 has a Boost frequency of 1.73GHz.
