You can check the settings-whether the printer copy under Bluetooth and the device is working properly, or update the device print driver, etc.

After installing this update, XPS Viewer may not be able to open some XML Paper Specification (XPS) documents in non-English languages, including some Japanese and Chinese character encodings. This issue affects XML Paper Specification (XPS) and Open XML Paper Specification (OXPS) files. When you encounter this problem, the user may receive the error message "cannot display this page" in the XPS viewer, or it may stop responding and have high CPU usage and increasing memory usage.
