The Jiangyuan Lily will be put into operation in early September on the 80km section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal from Suzhou Industrial Park to Taicang Port, with a replacement (charging) power station along the way, which can be charged for 20 minutes on a single charge.

According to reports, the Jiangyuan Lily is 79.92m long and 12.66m wide, with a speed of 17km / h and can carry 120standard containers. The stern of the Jiangyuan Lily is equipped with two power battery containers, each of which has 1540kW h lithium iron phosphate batteries and a plug-and-pull power exchange mode. Compared with conventional ships, this electric ship can replace 500 tons of fuel and reduce harmful gas emissions by 1520 tons per year.

CTOnews.com learned that the pure electric cruise ship "Yangtze River three Gorges 1" made its maiden voyage at the Xingang wharf of Zigui in Yichang City on March 29. As the world's largest pure electric tourist ship, the Yangtze River three Gorges 1 has a total battery capacity of about 7500 kilowatt-hours.

In addition, the "Yangtze River three Gorges No. 1" can replace about 530 tons of fuel every year and reduce harmful gas emissions by more than 1600 tons.
