WHERE clause in SQLite

The WHERE clause is used to filter rows from the worksheet generated by the FROM clause. It provides an expression to judge each line. This line is discarded when the value returned by the expression is false or NULL. This discarding only deletes the record and will not be treated as an error. Therefore, the resulting table filtered by the WHERE clause will have the same number of columns as the original table, but may have fewer rows. Figure 3.10 shows how the WHERE clause works.

SELECT * FROM Students WHERE Score > 60
