Click permissions on the right side of the main interface to create a database user

On the permissions page, we click "add New user"

On this page, we fill in the user name of the database to be created is * * .cn, the access range of the user, and the password

As shown in the figure above, we fill in the user name as: * * .cn, the database user is only allowed to be accessed locally, and the host chooses to be local. We can use the password generated automatically. Click "Generate" below to generate a random password, and then click "Copy" to automatically fill it in the password box, or you can define a password by yourself.

The system is more user-friendly, it will default to check the prompt to grant the database "netshield" all permissions, which is exactly what we want. The following global permissions box is not selected, directly to the bottom point of the page to execute to create a new user. If the database user is created successfully, the following page will be returned:

Here, after the user is established, you can then set up the specific access rights to the user's database. If you need specific settings, you can continue to set them, and you can ignore them if you don't need them. If you need to set the permissions of * * .cn user separately in the future, you can continue to do so:

As shown in the following figure, selecting the netshield we just created in the database list will automatically enter the permission settings page of the database. If you want to give this user permissions to other libraries, you can continue to do so, but remember, do not give any global permissions, that is only what root should have.

In the permission settings in the following figure, we select all the permissions in the "data" and "structure" columns, and do not select the administrative permissions. Just click to execute.

At this point, we have all set up, created a database: netshield, and created the database user * *. Cn, specifically specifying that this user only has access to netshield. In this way, the goal of assigning independent user access rights to each database is achieved.
