Such an error has been encountered in the asmcmd of Oracle 11g R2.

ASMCMD-08102: no connection to ASM

It is usually due to incorrect ORACLE_SID or ORACLE_HOME settings.

Export ORACLE_SID=+ASM

Export ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/

(there will be / perl/bin/perl under the latter path, which will be found automatically when you use the asmcmd command.)

Also confirm that you are using grid users.

After it is configured, it can be accessed normally.
