New Feature ID:MC 184171

Batch approval (Bulk Approvals) is a new feature of Office 365. Microsoft's product group will push and try it out one after another in July and will be rolled out globally by the end of September.

This feature will simplify the approval action of managers, and you can select multiple projects or documents at one time to approve or refuse to complete the process.

This new feature will not require us to do any preparatory work in advance and will be pushed directly to our tenant.

Overview of new features:

1. Using this feature, you can select projects or documents in bulk, then expand "more" and click the Approve/Reject button.

In the pop-up window, you can choose which action to perform: Approval or Reject, or you can add the relevant Comments.
