Oracle hard nproc 16384

Oracle soft nofile 1024

Oracle hard nofile 65536

Oracle soft stack 10240

But in this case: oracle ulimit-a still doesn't work.

POSIX message queues (bytes,-Q) 819200

Real-time priority (- r) 0

Stack size (kbytes,-s) 10240

Cpu time (seconds,-t) unlimited

Max user processes (- u) 1024

Virtual memory (kbytes,-v) unlimited

File locks (- x) unlimited

And then there is to modify this place:

/ etc/security/limits.d/90-nproc.conf

As follows:

# Default limit for number of user's processes to prevent

# accidental fork bombs.

Root soft nproc unlimited

Oracle soft nofile 65536

Other restrictions can be added, and the ulimit-an of oracle users will take effect:
