Function description

SRAM is one of the random access memories. Each byte or word has an address that can be accessed randomly. SRAM supports three different modes.

Standby mode

When deselected, the device enters standby mode (HIGH or CS2 LOW or both HIGH). The input and output pins (I / O0-15) are in a high impedance state. Depending on the input level, the current consumption in this mode is ISB1 or ISB2. CMOS input in this mode will maximize power savings.

Write mode

When selecting chips (LOW and CS2 HIGH), write enable () write operation problems when entering LOW. The input and output pins (I / O0-15) are in data input mode. The output buffer closes during this period, even if it is LOW. And enable byte writing. By enabling LOW, data from the I / O pins (I / O0 to I / O7) is written to this location.

Specify on the address pin. At a low power level, data from the I / O pins (I / O8 to I / O15) are written to this location.

Read mode

When selecting the chip (LOW and CS2 are HIGH) and writing enable () input as HIGH, there is a problem with the read operation. When the power level is low, the output buffer is turned on for data output. No input to the I / O pin is allowed in read mode. And enable the byte read function. By enabling LOW, data from memory appears on I / O 0-7. At a low power level, data from memory will appear on I / O8-15.

In read mode, the output buffer can be turned off by pulling it up. In this mode, the internal device operates as a READ, but the I / O is in a high impedance state. Because the device is in read mode, active current is used.

Operating temperature range

Commercial operating temperature is 0 °C to + 70 °C, voltage is 2.2V 3.3V 3.6V

Industrial operating temperature is-40 °C to + 85 °C, voltage is 2.2V 3.3V 3.6V

The operating temperature of automobile is-40 °C to + 125 °C, and the voltage is 2.2V 3.3V 3.6V.
