Shulou(Shulou.com)06/01 Report--
How to solve the problem of Vista can not access the Internet, I believe that many inexperienced people do not know what to do. Therefore, this paper summarizes the causes and solutions of the problem. Through this article, I hope you can solve this problem.
There have always been problems of one kind or another in the network of the Windows Vista operating system. The author sees a lot of people asking questions in this respect on the Internet, so combine some of their own experience with some examples to tell you what to do when the Windows Vista system encounters the problem that it cannot access the Internet.
Software problems
1. Unable to access the Internet after dual systems are installed.
Windows Vista and Windows XP dual systems may not be able to access the Internet, this problem generally has nothing to do with the dual systems, the problem should appear in the TCP protocol.
First enter command line mode, type CMD, and enter "ping 127.0.0.1" at the command prompt
To determine whether the TCP/IP protocol is installed successfully, if not, reinstall the TCP/IP protocol. If general, proceed to the next step.
Enter "ipconfig" to get the local IP address and gateway address, and use the "ping native IP address" to determine whether there is a problem with the network card. If you do not have access to Ping, you need to reinstall the network card driver. If general rules, proceed to the next step.
2. Unable to access the Internet after reinstalling the system
When you start to open MS-DOS, enter "ping 192.168.1.1" on the intranet to see if there is any connection (that is, there is a similar language like "Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=255"). If you do, it means you surf the Internet through a cat, just set your route.
If you are using the dial-up software, the Ping is not available, and the lack of access to the network may be caused by the software, so just reinstall the dial-up software.
3. Vista cannot surf the Internet.
The solution to this problem is very simple. If you have a broadband connection icon (poor drawing) on your taskbar, then you can start with a control panel on the "un" . When you enter there, you can have an icon (the style of the icon: there is a cable under the four computers, and the Chinese version is "Network Center"). On his left, there are six options to select the sixth option (manage network connections). Enter, you will find a picture of two computers, right-click on the first icon and select the bottom property button Look for the word TCP/IPv4 in the box in bomb, click him, and then click the button below him (the last of the three buttons), which is the property, where you can adjust your IP address to OK. Connect the broadband on the top of the initial control panel, you can connect to the broadband.
4. Windows XP cannot surf the Internet.
I found that one of the most common problems with WindowsXP is the inability to surf the Internet. Many people have encountered this problem and do not know how to deal with it. Some people even have no choice but to reinstall the system. In fact, it is not very difficult to solve this problem. First of all, check that there is no icon in the network connection indicating that there is a problem with the network card. The device manager can find a description of the existence of the network card. The preliminary judgment is that the network card has poor contact. First, check whether the contact between the crystal head of the network cable and the network card is firm. Second, check whether the network card is plugged in or not, and it is best to reseat it. Mainly look at the following two aspects:
1) some people have problems in establishing a connection, which is easy to solve, as long as the IE tool-- Internet option-- opens the connection tab, click Settings, and re-enter the password.
2) if the above method cannot be solved, in the case of ensuring that there is a network card driver (at present, many network cards do not need to install the driver, WindowsXP will automatically install the driver), just go to the Control Panel-system-hardware tab, click device Manager, uninstall the network adapter (do not uninstall the 1394 network adapter), and then press OK to restart the system, so that if WindowsXP recognizes your network card Will automatically install the driver, WindowsXP can not recognize, you will be prompted to install the driver, just install the driver, will solve the problem. After some network cards are installed with the driver, the system will scan for a long time, and then a connection icon with a yellow exclamation mark will appear in the lower corner, which requires you to set the IP address by double-clicking the icon, clicking Properties in the dialog box displayed, clicking on the Internet protocol (TCP/IP) in the general tab that pops up, clicking Properties, and selecting the IP address below. Fill in 192.168.1.X (X is any number in 2Murray 10) in the IP address, then click on the subnet mask, the system will automatically generate 225.225.225.0, and finally click OK to close the tab, click OK to close the general tab, and your network will be able to connect again.
5. Windows 2003 cannot surf the Internet.
1) Open the Registry Editor and delete the following two keys in the registry (it is best to export the backup before deletion):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Winsock
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Winsock2
2) find the nettcpip.inf file in the inf directory of the system directory, open it, and find:
[MS_TCPIP.PrimaryInstall]
; TCPIP has properties to display
Characteristics = 0xA0; NCF_HAS_UI | NCF_NOT_USER_REMOVABLE
Change the 0xA0 here to 0x80 save exit (this setting allows the user to modify the TCP/IP protocol)
3), open the "local connection" properties-install-add protocol-install from disk, find the just saved nettcpip.inf file, press "OK", return to the list, select the last "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" (there is no icon on the left, note that it is not the "Microsoft TCP/IP version 6"), it will prompt you that there is no digital signature, press OK to install.
After this step, you return to the window of the network connection, and at this time, after selecting "TCP/IP", the "uninstall" button is already available (it was grayed out before you did this step). Click the "uninstall" button to delete the TCP/IP protocol and restart the machine again.
4), after restarting, change the nettcpip.inf file back, and then follow step 3 to reinstall the TCP/IP protocol (at this time it will no longer prompt that there is no digital signature, hehe).
5), restart once after installing the protocol, reset the connection properties of the "local connection", you can connect to the network, if not, restart it again, hehe.
I deeply thought that such a problem was due to the aging of my hard disk, which led to the damage to the data related to the TCP/IP protocol, so I hastened to ChkDsk the hard drive, hehe.
6. IE is unable to surf the Internet.
Common reasons why IE can't surf the Internet and solutions:
1), the problem of network setting
This reason is more common in the need to manually specify IP, gateway, DNS server networking mode, and the use of proxy servers to access the Internet. Check your computer's network settings carefully.
2), problems with DNS server
When IE is unable to browse the web, you can first try to use the IP address to access it. For example, if you can access the http://218.30.80.30 of Bbs.winzheng.com, it should be the problem with DNS. The problem with DNS may be an error in obtaining DNS while connecting to the network or a problem with the DNS server itself. In this case, you can manually specify the DNS service (the address can be the DNS server address provided by your local ISP. You can also use the DNS server address in other places.) In the properties of the network, (control panel-network and dial-up connections-local connections-right-click properties-TCP/IP protocol-properties-use the DNS server address below). Different ISP have different DNS addresses. Sometimes it is the router or network card that cannot connect to the DNS service of ISP. In this case, you can shut down the router for a while and then turn it on, or reset the router.
Another possibility is that there is a problem with the local DNS cache. In order to improve the speed of visiting the website, the system will automatically store the website that has been visited and obtained the IP address into the local DNS cache. Once the website is visited again, it will no longer access the IP address of the website directly from the local DNS cache through the DNS server. Therefore, if there is a problem with the local DNS cache, the website will be inaccessible. You can execute ipconfig / flushdns in run to rebuild the local DNS cache.
3), the problem of IE browser itself
When the IE browser itself fails, it will naturally affect the browsing, or the IE can be damaged by malicious modification can also make it impossible to browse the web. At this time, you can try to fix it with "Huangshan IE repair expert" (it is recommended to repair it in safe mode), or re-IE (if reinstalling IE encounters a problem that cannot be reinstalled, please refer to: attached solution cannot reinstall IE)
4), the problem of network firewall
If the network firewall is improperly set, such as too high security level, accidentally putting IE into the blocked access list, wrong firewall policy, etc., you can try to check the policy, lower the firewall security level, or just turn it off to see if it returns to normal.
5), network protocol and network card driver
IE can not browse, it may be caused by network protocol (especially TCP/IP protocol) or network card driver damage, you can try to re-network card driver and network protocol.
6), the problem of HOSTS file
The modification of the HOSTS file will also lead to abnormal browsing, and the solution, of course, is to empty the contents of the HOSTS file.
7), the problem of system files
When the IE-related system files are replaced or damaged, it will affect the normal use of IE, then you can use the SFC command to repair, the WIN98 system can perform SFC in "run", and then perform scanning; WIN2000/XP/2003 in "run" to execute sfc / scannow attempt to repair.
When only IE cannot browse the web, and QQ can be accessed, it is often caused by the damage or loss of files such as winsock.dll, wsock32.dll or wsock.vxd (VXD exists only under WIN9X system). As an important part of Winsock "un hook" CP/IP protocol, it is generally necessary to reinstall TCP/IP protocol. However, xp is beginning to integrate the TCP/IP protocol, so it is not as simple as 98 to uninstall and reinstall. You can use the netsh command to reset the TCP/IP protocol to the state it was when you first installed the operating system. The specific operations are as follows:
Click "start to run", in the run dialog box, enter the "CMD" command, bomb a command prompt window, and then enter the "netsh int ip reset c:/resetlog.txt" command will enter, in which the "resetlog.txt" file is used to record the command execution results of the log file, the parameter option must be specified, the full path of the log file specified here is "c:/resetlog.txt". The result of executing this command is the same as removing and reinstalling the TCP/IP protocol.
Tip: the netsh command is a command line-based scripting tool that you can use to configure and monitor the Windows system. It also provides an interactive network shell interface. For the format of the netsh command, please refer to the help file (enter "netsh/?" in the prompt window) It will be fine.
The second solution is to repair the above files, WIN9X uses SFC to re-extract the above files, WIN2000/XP/2003 uses the sfc / scannow command to repair the files, when it can not be repaired with sfc / scannow, you can try the online release of the repair tool WinSockFix specifically for this problem.
8) solve the problem of surfing the Internet through BAT files
First close all network-related programs, and then click start menu-> run
Input: regsvr32 urlmon.dll
Open IE and enter a commonly used website to see if you can visit it. If you can, you can OK. If not, save the following command as 321.bat.
Regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
Regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
Regsvr32 Msjava.dll
Regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
Regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
Regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
Regsvr32 Browseui.dll
Regsvr32 Shell32.dll
Then run the file 321.bat
This should be OK's.
