Install an msi, always rollback, using command line output installation log

msiexec.exe /i xxx.msi /quiet /norestart /l*v install.log

1603 appears in the last log. The Internet says that most of them are related to permissions. It has been repeatedly confirmed that they have nothing to do with permissions. There is also this error in the log: CAQuietExec CAQuietExec: Error 0xc 000135: Command line returned an error. Later, vc runtime library vc_redist.x64.exe was installed, and the installation was successful.
