Around 1985, a Microsoft engineer named Steve Hazelrig was working on the Mac Excel version of the printing function, when laser printers were expensive and not close to the office. He was too lazy to go to the printer to get the paper to check the printing effect, so he wrote a Mini Program to display the image to be output to the printer on the screen. there is also a magnifying glass function that can be partially magnified to check the position and effect of each pixel. Then a PM passed by and saw the gadget and said, "something so cool, why not make it a function?"

So later, Microsoft's editing software all had the function of "print preview". However, users did not formally request this feature.

A clever programmer demonstrated his new algorithm, which can quickly draw circles and ellipses. When he proudly showed it to Steve Jobs, (as a PM,Steve who doesn't know how to program, he should show his admiration. (Steve asked calmly-can you continue to improve to make the rounded rectangle display faster? The programmer said: this is too difficult and unnecessary. Isn't the ellipse good? In order to persuade colleagues, Steve suggested that the two go for a walk, and then pointed out that all kinds of signs in the real world are implemented in rectangular boxes with rounded corners. After a few days, rounded rectangles can also be quickly displayed on the screen.

C) how does PM find the requirements?
