Add to the configuration / etc/ceph/ceph.conf

[mgr] mgr_modules = dashboard

Then set the ip and port of Dashboard

Ceph config-key put mgr/dashboard/$name/server_addr $IPceph config-key put mgr/dashboard/$name/server_port $PORT
