PL/SQL: corresponding to T-SQL in SQL Server, which means the combination of process language and receiver query language. It supports multiple data types and is an extension of SQL.

Execution process: the client sends the PL/SQL block to the server, first the process language is executed by the PL/SQL engine, then the SQL statement is sent to the SQL engine and the result is returned to the client; finally, it is added / used for execution; use / execute the previous program segment alone

PL/SQL program block composition: declaration, executable part, exception handling, execution is required, the other two optional

Dynamic SQL: indicated by EXECUTE IMMEDIATE, PL/SQL does not allow DDL execution by default, but DDL statements can be executed through dynamic SQL

Error handling: predefined exceptions, custom exceptions; use the excpetion keyword
