ZU15EG Computing Card Learning Materials: general Computing Card with dual FMC Interface based on MPSOC ZU15EG+TMS320C6678 I. Overview
This card is based on the custom board architecture, is a general-purpose high-performance signal processing platform, and is independently developed by our company. The board uses a XCZU15EG and double FMC connectors to expand JESD204B high-speed AD and DA daughter cards to build radar, communication, optoelectronic acquisition and other platforms. The PS end of MPSOC carries a group of 64-bit DDR4 with a capacity of 32Gb
High stable operation in 2400MT/s. The board supports a gigabit network interface and can adapt to the 10/100/1000Mbps data transmission rate. There are 1-way USB3.0 interface, 1-way Display Port interface, 1-way SATA interface. The board has an automatic power-up sequence, and the startup program can be loaded through Nor Flash and EMMC. The board carries the interface connection of SATA, ETH, Display Port, USB3.0, GTH and conventional IO. The design meets the requirements of industrial grade.

II. Technical specifications A cluster of DDR4 is mounted on the PS side, with a data width of 64-bit and a capacity of 32Gb
Two pieces of QSPI x4 NorFlash, each with capacity 512Mb, are mounted on the 2400MT Sport PS for system configuration program storage; the PS end is connected with a Gigabit Ethernet interface that adapts to the 10/100/1000Mbps data transfer rate; and the PS end is connected with a USB3.0 interface
The high speed can reach 5Gbps. The PS terminal is connected with Display Port interface, which supports Display Port 1.2a protocol standard and only supports external output. PS terminal is connected with one SATA interface and supports SATA3.1 protocol standard.
The large transmission rate can reach 6.0Gbps with two UART at the PS end.
Greatly supports 6.25Mbps baud rate, which can be used for system debugging and status information transmission; the PL end is connected with two FMC, each with 8 Lane GTH
The high speed can reach 10Gbps and support x1/x4 mode transmission; the HD BANK on the PL side leads multiple LVDS signals to the FMC, in which LVDS
The high speed supports 1250Mbps; all the board chips use industrial-grade chips.
