What is the essential difference between enterprise-level and entry-level instances?

The enterprise instance adopts the fixed CPU scheduling mode. Each vCPU is bound to a physical CPU hyperthread, there is no competition for CPU resources between instances, and the computing performance of instances is stable and strictly guaranteed by SLA.

The entry-level instance adopts the unbound CPU scheduling mode. Each vCPU will be randomly assigned to any idle CPU hyperthread, and different instance vCPU will compete for physical CPU resources, resulting in unstable computing performance under high load, with availability SLA guarantee but no performance SLA guarantee.
