Certificate application is divided into three steps:

1. Create a certificate request

2. Apply for a certificate

3. Import certificate

We have paid the fee for the public network certificate, so we have to apply for a public network certificate.

First, create a certificate application

First open ECP and find the Certificate option

Click "New", as shown below

Select create request to obtain a certificate from a certification authority

Specify the certificate name

If you do not apply for a wildcard certificate, leave the page blank. Select next.

Select the Exchange server on which to store certificates

It remains the default here.

Add the domain name you want to include in the SSL certificate

Set mail.***.com to the public name

Fill in the basic information

Save the certificate request to a shared folder

Apply for a certificate

Here is an email that GEOTRUST replied to me about the certificate application.

Since I am a Reissue certificate, I am asked to open the link in the email. The figure below is as follows

Click on the link and select "I approve"

Then open this link to download the certificate

Download the certificate and come locally.

Import certificates

Select "finish" here, as shown in the following figure

Select Import Certificate

Enter the certificate path and password

Add all the front-end mail servers, as shown below

When you open webmail again after the import is complete, you can see that there is no certificate reminder. The figure below is as follows
