AirTight C-55 is an enterprise-class dual-band dual-transmit 2x2:2 MIMO 802.11n wireless AP. It can provide wireless terminal access in both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.

When the C-55 operates in AP mode, it supports two spatial data streams per band at speeds up to 300Mbps. Ideal for providing high-performance, high-density wireless coverage for enterprise environments. Separate bands can be allocated depending on the application, such as the 5 GHz band dedicated to enterprise VoIP phones and the 2.4 GHz band for data communications.

Airtight embeds industry-leading wireless defense technology (WIPS) into the C-55. When the C-55 operates in WIPS Sensor mode, it can simultaneously monitor wireless threats in both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, achieving 7*24 uninterrupted protection of enterprise network security.

Multiple configuration modes

Customers can choose from a variety of operating modes:

Dual-band AP: The 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are simultaneously open for wireless terminal (802.11n) access;

Dual-band AP and enable wireless *** defense (WIPS): 802.11n 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are simultaneously open for wireless terminal (802.11n) access, and 2 bands are simultaneously monitored for wireless threats in the rear station;

Pure WIPS: Dedicated to wireless *** defense (WIPS) Sensor-2.4GHz and 5GHz bands-two bands simultaneously for 7*24 uninterrupted wireless threat defense;
