OnePlus is preparing to launch a new range of smartphones. Tomorrow, the company will bring the OnePlus Ace to China, and a few days later, the device should launch as the OnePlus 10R. The OnePlus 9R's direct sequel has essentially the same hardware as the Realme GT Neo 3, which launched in China last month. Interestingly, Realme GT Neo 3 comes in two variants. One comes with a 5000 mAh battery and a "regular"80 W fast charge, and the other has a smaller battery capacity but an amazing charge power of 150 W. We've seen many reports referring to OnePlus 10R in the latter variant, but now a new report suggests customers will be able to choose either of these two versions.

The company itself confirmed on Twitter that the OnePlus 10R 5G will be available in both 80W and 150W charging versions. Of course, the technology is renamed SuperVOOC here, not UltraDART. But we all know that this is basically the same thing as sharing technology with these companies. At one point, the device was almost a 1:1 copy of Realme GT Neo 3, and we knew exactly what was going to happen. The 80 W charging variant brings a capacity of 5000 mAh, while the 150 W charging variant will have a smaller 4,500 mAh battery. According to the company, using a 150 W charger, the phone can charge from 0 percent to 50 percent in about five minutes. Unlike other brands, OnePlus will include charging bricks in its packaging. A variant with 80 W charging power will be fully charged in 30 to 35 minutes.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 10R will include a custom MediaTek Density 8100 Max SoC. This is similar to the approach the company used on OnePlus Nord 2 last year. Instead of the usual Density 1200, this phone brings an AI variant. We were curious to see how this tweaked new version compares to the regular Density 8100. The phone will come with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage.
