1. What is bootnode?

2. What if bootnode-nodekey key does not return an enode string?

Some of the old posts described are bootnode-nodekey key and then you can directly come out of the enode, and then copy the enode string. But maybe not now.

If you start multiple nodes here and bootnode doesn't find them, it's probably a problem with pc's firewall. Check to see if your firewall is on. The result of my test is that after you turn off the firewall, you can find multiple nodes.
