Some time ago, I received a phone call from a user saying that after opening the exchange server 2013 ECP Management Center, I opened: electronic data display and retention Times error. The error screenshot is as follows:

By analyzing that this option is called the EWS of the back-end server, it is determined that the problem should be the error when CAS communicates with MBX.

Open ADSI EDIT and navigate to the following directory:

CN=EWS (Exchange Back End), CN=HTTP,CN=Protocols,CN=MBX01,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT), CN=Administrative Groups,CN=First Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=contoso,DC=com

The port normally used for this address is 444, as shown in the following figure:

We modify it to port 444, and the modified result is shown in the figure:

After the modification is completed, open the on-site electronic data display and retention again, normal.
