The S-19310/S-19315/S-19316 series combines the functions of voltage regulator and voltage monitoring on a single chip (IC), making it ideal for the lowest self-consumption (* 1) and extremely low standby current in the world.

The output voltage of a conventional LDO regulator rises at high temperatures and low loads, which can damage components connected to the output side. The S-19310/S-19315/S-19316 series can prevent this voltage rise, making the energy-saving timer IC safe to operate and reducing the power consumption of the entire system.

The S-19310 monitors the output voltage of the internal regulator, the S-19315 monitors the voltage of the cell connected to the SENSE pin, and the S-19316 monitors the input voltage of the internal regulator. The detection voltage and the discharge voltage may be set independently of each other within a certain range. This allows the voltage monitoring function to be optimized at any time.

The series meets PPAP standards (Production Part Acceptance Procedure) and AEC(Automotive Electronics Association)Q100 quality standard level 1.
