1. Download the corresponding OGG installation package and decompress it.

2. Configure automatic answer file (oggcore.rsp)

Main changes are as follows:

INSTALL_OPTION=ORA12c-installation option, select ORA11g if oracle11g

SOFTWARE_LOCATION=/home/oracle/ogg/ggs12_2-- the installation directory of OGG. It must be an empty directory.

START_MANAGER=false-whether to automatically start the mgr management process

Other choices can be made by default.

3. Start silent installation

Cd / home/oracle/ogg/fbo_ggs_Linux_x64_shiphome/Disk1

. / runInstaller-silent-responseFile / home/oracle/ogg/fbo_ggs_Linux_x64_shiphome/Disk1/response/oggcore.rsp

Just wait for the installation to complete.
