However, according to Android Police, some Twitter users reported that the Pixel C tablet automatically restored its factory settings after upgrading to 8.1, and the data was automatically erased.

At the same time, Pixel C's Reddit theme page, Nexus official help forum also appeared similar error posts.

The Google community administrator said in a statement that the issue had been fixed. Users who encounter this problem can reset their devices to restore backups, provided that they have previously enabled automatic backups.

Unfortunately, Google has not yet pointed out the cause of the problem.

Pixel C was released last year, is a 10.2 inch 2K screen version, CPU is equipped with NVIDIA Tegra X1.
