1. Temporary modification

Alter session set nls_date_format='YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS'

This method can only change the date display format in the current session, and the command must be re-executed when a session is re-established.

2. Change the default date display format of oracle

Alter system set nls_date_format='YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS' scope=spfile

Database restart is required to take effect.
