Microsoft Teams is a chat-based team-only work, can share documents synchronously, and provide instant messaging tools for members, including voice, video, meetings and so on.

Microsoft provides Teams services to users in Office 365 and plans to replace Skype for Business in the existing Office 365. Therefore, in the follow-up Microsoft instant messaging and collaboration tools, Teams will appear as a new main product, and Skype for Business will be gradually replaced by it. At present, in the domestic century interconnected version of Office 365, there is no Teams service, so we can only use the old Skype for Business. But in the international version of Office 365, Microsoft has been on Teams for many years, and it is recommended that you transition from Skype for Business to Teams as soon as possible. Although it is in a transitional period and Skype for Business will be retained temporarily, Microsoft may terminate the provision and support of Skype for Business when the function of Teams is perfect.

This series of articles will describe the whole process of the hands-on experimental course "Microsoft Teams-low-cost Enterprise Information Communication" at Microsoft Technology and Ecology Conference in 2018, and fully demonstrate the whole experimental steps and PPT content.

1. Teams for intelligent communication and collaboration
