Network planning

The main role of network planning is to ensure that the network meets the needs of high availability and load balancing. Each server is equipped with 4 10GB 10 Gigabit network cards and 4 1GB Gigabit network cards, of which the service network is equipped with two 10GB 10 Gigabit network cards to run business applications (business transmission between VLAN), and two network cards are used to store data network. Two 1GB gigabit network cards are used to run the vMotion network and Management network, and the remaining two gigabit network cards are standby.

First, use two gigabit network cards to run vMotion network and Management network (based on VM NETWORK) 1. Add dual network cards to the default vSwitch0 standard switch to achieve load balancing mode.

2. Enable the vMotion function, which enables online migration between virtual machines

Note: the vmk0 adapter is bound to the vSwitch0 network card, while vSwitch binds two network cards

Configure two VM adapters to connect to storage 1. Create the first VM ISCSI adapter.

2. Create a second adapter using the same method

Connect existing storage devices through two storage adapters

Fourth, modify the path mode of the storage device to realize the load balancing mode
