7. Close SNP Features

8. Stop the MSDTC service

Run services.msc, stop the Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC) service, and set it to Manual.

9. Synchronize node time

Run the command on the RAC2 server: net time\ rac1 (view the current time of RAC1) and then run the command on the RAC2 server: net time\ rac1 / set (set the RAC2 time to synchronize with RAC1)

10. Check environment variables

Right-click the computer-> Properties-> Advanced system Settings-> Environment variables, make sure the variables TMP and temp values are the same.
