ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

LRM-00109: could not open parameter file'/ u01qapplash oracle.product12.2.0anddbhomeowners 1anddbsandinitdb12c.ora'

Because in the parameter file, export ORACLE_SID=db12c

But when dbca built the database, the database was named kobe, so the parameter file could not be found.

Method: change to kobe

Export ORACLE_SID=kobe

Take effect again

Recommendation: ORACLE_SID should be the same as the database created
