How to use winhex to process disk to format

1. Use winhex to reply to the data in the partition. Open winhex, then click "Open disk" to select the defective disk in "physical disk". After opening it, we can get to the information in the partition.

2. Click the small black arrow at the top right to present the drop-down menu, and you can see that the defective partition is different from other normal zones. The defective zone shows "partition X XXGB? /" Why does it appear? " It is because the partition causes an error in the moving sector that makes the winhex unable to recognize it properly.

3. Each partition has its own backup launch sector, so we use backup to recover. Pull the right scroll bar to the bottom and skip to the last sector of the partition. We see that it is full of 00, which is the save sector that each partition has.

4. The most prominent symbol of the ntfs launch sector is "EB 52". After searching to find it, click the search icon and enter the following value.

5. Find the backup start sector, move the mouse pointer to the front of "EB 52" and right-click "Block start". After moving to the lower right foot of the sector, "55 AA", right-click "Block selection complete" to see that the sector has all been selected, and then right-click "modify"-"Specification" in "imitating Block selection".

6, click the black arrow on the right again to select "start sector", move the mouse to the upper left point of the sector, right-pick "clipboard data"-"write", then winhex prompt "this operation will damage the disk capacity" click continue.
