/ etc/init.d/ standalone service name start | stop | status | restart

Service standalone service name start | stop | status | restart

The default runlevel of the system can be modified in vim / etc/inittab (be careful not to set the default runlevel to 0 or 6, otherwise the system will keep shutting down or restarting as soon as it starts)

View the services started by Linux

Chkconfig-- list queries all currently running services

Chkconfig-- list atd queries the current status of the atd service
