Two openstack abbreviated as op1 op2 are merged into region1 region2 of op1

The concrete realization is to change the database directly, not to delete and add endpoint again.

1. Change all region1 under keystore.endpoint in op2 database to region2.

2. Import all the contents of keystore.endpoint in op2 database into keystore.endpoint in op1 database.

3 modify the id of all region2 service under keystore.endpoint in op1 database to the corresponding id in region1

4 modify the keystore point of the configuration files of all op2 services

5 restart all services on op2, restart dashboard
