This article continues the article in the morning and conducts a step-by-step experiment on the Cisco AIR-SAP1602I-C-K9 AP configured to surf the Internet in the fat AP state. Configuration is divided into two parts, the first part can be configured in the CLI state of a management IP, the role of this IP is used for management, and LAN can not be in the same network segment, can also be in the same network segment, it does not affect the user Internet access, but if not in the same network segment, use remote WEB can not be managed. The second step is to create SSID, open wireless frequency band, set encryption method and password in WEB state.

I. Configuration Management IP Address

III. Configure SSID, security and other information.

1. Set SSID Easy Setup-Network configuration

Set password: In Security--SSID Manager, select Start Create SSID, check the band of application in Interface on the right, check 2.4G only if it is only applied to 2.4G, and check both if it is applied to two bands. If you want to apply to two bands, in the first step of creation, just create a SSID, such as the name cisco, and I am here Cisco _2.4G, just to indicate the name, you want to create 2.4G and 5G SSID is different, you can create this. I'm only creating one SSID here, and it applies to two bands.

In Client Authenticated Key Management, enter your WPA Pre-shared Key.

5. Turn on the 5G band, as in step 2.

6. Connect the network port of AP to the local area network. If DHCP exists in the local area network, the client can surf the Internet normally.
