Introduction to trunk

"trunk" is generally translated as "trunk line, trunk line, long-distance line" in network terms. In routed / switched networks, trunk is often referred to as "relay (transparent transmission)". In voice-level application lines, trunk generally refers to the "backbone network, telephone trunk", that is, the connection circuit or channel between two exchanges or exchanges, which transfers between the devices at both ends and serves as the transmission link for signaling and terminal equipment data.

Operation flow

Drag two routers and four vpc to the operator interface

Add layer 2 veneer, disk space, change to switch icon, link connection

Mark the address, vlan, and then configure it

Put the port in the vlan

Enter switch R2 and turn off the routing function

Add two vlan

Put the port in the vlan

Make f1amp 2 into trunk mode in R2

Make f1amp 2 into trunk mode in R1

Configure 4 pc addr

Test pc interworking

From the picture above, the same vlan is accessible, but different vlan is different.
