4. With # vgchange-a y VolGroup01, this step is to activate the VolGroup01 partition, that is, (old disk, second disk). 5. Using # mount / dev/VolGroup01/LogVol00 / root/HD, this step is mounted. It should be noted that there are two partitions under both VolGroup00 and VolGroup01 with the same name. There should be a swap (swap) partition and a lvm partition with the names LogVol00 and LogVol01. Some people say that LogVol01 is the lvm partition and LogVol00 is the swap partition.
