Solution method

Use the shortcut key "win" + "r" to enter gpedit.msc to open the Group Policy Editor. Find "computer configuration" > "Administrative templates" > "system" > "credential assignment" > "encryption Oracle Correction" (the modification is as follows) and run gpupdate / force (refresh policy to make the changes take effect)
