DNS reverse parsing experiment

The main configuration files parsed in both directions are consistent, so let's start with the named zone configuration file directly.

Copy a DNS reverse parsing configuration file, specify the area of the IP address we parsed, and set the zone data configuration file.

Similarly, we need to copy a zone data configuration file to kgc.com.local, so that we can directly copy the forward parsed configuration file.

After entering the zone data configuration file, we replace all the original yun.com with kgc.com. When configuring the reverse resolution file, the resolution format is completely opposite to the forward resolution, and the IP address is used to resolve to the domain name.

Remember to restart the named service after the configuration is complete before the new configuration will take effect.

Finally, we verify the configuration results of reverse parsing.

Master-Slave synchronization experiment of DNS Resolution Service

Since it is master-slave synchronization, we need to open another virtual machine as our slave server. First, we turn off the slave server firewall and enhanced security features, and install the bind package.

Then go to the main configuration file of named to modify it.

Change the listening address to the native IP address, and in the following permission, authorize all users to resolve the domain name through named.

In line with the steps of the master server, here are the changes to the zone configuration file.

Copy the template for forward resolution, and change the domain name to yun.com. Because the slave server needs to synchronize with the master server, masters is changed to slave, enter the file to be synchronized in the location where you want to enter the zone data configuration file, and finally enter the IP address of the master server.

The zone data configuration file needs to be synchronized from the master server, so it will not be configured here, so let's go to the configuration file of the master server to modify it.

Then we change the update to transfer,none and modify it to the address of the slave server.

Remember to restart the named service after the modification is complete.

Then go back and start the named service from the server and see if you have successfully synchronized to the file from the master server.

Specify the native IP address of the slave server as the default address for DNS.

Then use the host command to resolve the domain name to see if it is the same as the primary server
