Cpu_count: this parameter indicates the number of CPU cores available for oracle (exactly should be considered with parallel_threads_per_cpu)

Default 0-automatic monitoring, management and allocation

N-the number of CPU kernels available for db (N cores)

Parallel_threads_per_cpu:CPU thread (> 1 hyperthread)

Total CPUS (number of db available cores) = cpu_count * parallel_threads_per_cpu

Parallel_max_servers: upper limit on the number of processes that can be used by parallel SQL

Default=cpu_count * parallel_threads_per_cpu*N*5

If an initial value is set for any parameter of 1 MEMORY_TARGET or SGA_TARGET, then Numb4

2 if neither of the above two parameters is set statically, then the PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET parameter is checked

1) PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET > 0 Numb2

2) Number1 is not set for PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET

A parallel service process that parallel_min_servers:Oracle starts in advance when instance starts.

Because each service process will allocate a chunk from pga, it will also take some time for parallel servers to allocate and release in this way. So setting this value when the instance starts makes a portion of the scheduled chunk persistent (unless the instance is shut down).

CPU (s)-the total number of cores of operating system logic CPU

Socket (s)-number of physical CPU

Core (s) per socket-the number of cores per physical CPU

Thread (s) per core-number of threads
