So when I received the first employment notice, I went to work in an unknown field full of joy and confusion. I had no interests and goals, just for the way out that I could support myself.

A strange road in the field of communication

Why is it weird? because we work in a communications company, but we don't work on excellent network regulation of communication networks, not even the most basic DT testing. We are just a strange field in the field of communications-dialing testing.

What is the content of the job?

The content is: everyone can do the mobile phone software function test and collect function requirements, when our company tests the mobile phone software for China Mobile, including: mobile navigation (and map), mobile animation, (and animation). Fetion and other independent products of China Mobile, as well as cooperative software received by provincial companies, as well as some daily software tests.

To put it simply: verify the basic functions of the software against the operation manual, such as login function, jump page, help document, page display, update and other basic functions, record the results, and provide product functional requirements.

I have been doing this kind of tests for more than a year, including POI tests with maps, key product tests, three types of product tests with provincial companies, etc., and then write reports (must look good), and then occasionally help mobile leaders do some PPT they need.

This job can not keep people, most of them leave because the salary is low, and the content of the job is meaningless, can not exercise their own level. I admit all this, but now that I have done it, I will try to do well so that I can learn something, because anything you do will make sense. Ordinary can also create extraordinary, this is my idea.

So the experience I have accumulated this year is as follows:

Document processing ability, and the use of Office software (I specifically found materials to learn Word,Excel,PPT in order to write an excellent report)

1. WordMurray-report format typesetting, language summary ability

2. The simple analysis of data, the perspective of data, the common operation of Excel and the production of simple macros are all used in the Excel data report table of POI test.

3.PPTMurray-this is the experience of making some templates, layouts, and PPT styles. For some time, I specially learned the PPT materials of Uncle Akiba. I really benefited a lot. The PPT I did easily won the favor of my boss.

And my gains include the ability to communicate with leaders, team management and cooperation, and the ability to control the progress of the project.

Of course, this job, the salary is pitifully small, just enough to support themselves.

The light of hope

Later, Mobile also realized the impact of products in the Internet field and the importance of Internet software. they also made their own Internet software and wanted to make high-quality products, and also began to introduce automatic dialing testing. Because of my long working hours and other reasons, they wanted me to take the job, and then I was responsible for the automatic dialing test.

From then on, I came into contact with simple test code, XML format code. And became interested in this kind of automated testing, so I learned about XML, learned about Java, learned about Android, and I really found my interest. It turned out that I had a dream that I would write code with my own hands, and then change the world.

The lighting of the fire of hope

Later, I realized that it was time for me to make a transition to the Internet. after all, dialing and testing work was a side way in the field of communications. Sooner or later, I had to find a way to continue to support myself, and I should have a strong interest in this way now. That is the Internet field. I want to make my own product, design my own product, and change the world and people's life experience just like Master Joe. Make life more colorful.

So in my spare time at work, I began to teach myself java,Android development, followed the online video to start self-study, and found some materials to start learning.

But I didn't write a blog at that time, because I hardly had the concept of reading a blog. Later, I realized the importance of a blog, but I still didn't write it, because I didn't think I could learn it yet. I didn't have time to write a blog.

At that time, I still thought blogging was a waste of time. So, I have been learning, learning quietly.

The establishment of blog

Then I realized that I have to start blogging, otherwise no one knows my efforts, and if I don't perform well enough and have no chance to let others understand me better, I can't see myself better.

Target high energy convergence

The meaning of this title is that I have really found my interest, and it is also an area where I intend to spend my whole life working hard in the future-the data analyst of the big data era.

A lot of people have asked me, have you thought this through? You can't do anything to be big data? Let me ask you, do you know what big data is? Why don't you learn Android? now Android is so popular and easy to learn. It's easy for you to learn java and then switch to Android. You have to do something, big data. Do you know how to learn? Do you know where to start learning? You must be out of your mind if you don't please or anything after fooling around for a long time.

I hear this question every time I chat with my friends, but I'm sure I've thought it through.

I think the era of big data has come, and this is definitely an opportunity, an opportunity for me to change the world. I will always try to let people know that computers are powerful, but only by magnifying people's wisdom can we get more valuable information.

Refining numbers into gold.

And I didn't make this decision casually. In fact, when I was in college, I was exposed to similar data analysis-mathematical modeling, and I very much enjoyed the fullness and brainstorming feeling of the mathematical modeling competition. I think at that time, working hard with my comrades-in-arms, working hard to make papers, making plans, and three days of hard work was my greatest sense of achievement.

That's why I chose big data.

So my study plan is:

1. Learn scala on the basis of java

two。 Learn the basics of Linux

3. Learn the basics of Python

4. Learn Spark, and go deep into source code to learn from source code

5. The study of data analysis books

6. Common tools for data analysis, etc.

I think of these for the time being, and now I have been studying hard. When I am free, I will post some of my notes on my blog and keep them as a souvenir of my growth.
