1. You can open the CMD command prompt with administrator privileges (right-click the shortcut at the command prompt and select "run with administrator privileges" from the right-click menu)

2. Enter and execute the following command:

BCDEDIT-SET {BOOTMGR} LOCALE ZH-CN

The above command can change the selection menu of the operating system that needs to be started, that is, when multiple operating systems coexist, the display language of the selection menu of which operating system needs to be started can be changed to simplified Chinese.
